Problem when putting in earphones
7 of 9 found this helpful The Iphone I received is not good at all when I try to listen to music, watch videos, or do anything that uses earphones. Every time I slightly touch the end part of the earphones that is connected with the phone, voice control comes up and disrupts whatever I may be doing on my phone. To try to fix this problem, I used another set of earphones, but the same problem arose. Not too happy about it since I use my phone a lot for media.
Also, I was very surprised by the quality of the power bank. Even when the power bank was fully charged, it only boosted my phones battery by approximately 25-30%, making it pretty useless. The fact that it only charged this much even when I turned off everything and put airplane mode on was very disappointing.

Very disappointed
Received these earphones yesterday, and it came faulty. The right side of the earplugs were not working. Really disappointed. Please steer clear if you want a quality product.
