Too small
I am a pretty thin guy, but the velcro on these kneepads was not long enough to secure the pads. I added some extra velco to lengthen the existing fastening and it works sort of. But I would not buy them again.

Way out of date
I was quite disappointed with this book. It is several years out of date, and it did not, in my opinion, really offer much concrete and useful information.

Not very good
I was disappointed in this product. It was difficult to plug the wires into many of the holes. When I looked I could see the metal contacts blocking the holes. I had to use a pointed stick to bend the contacts out of the way so the wires could plug in. However when contacted, the seller refunded part of my purchase price, so I am well satisfied.
