Remove the tiny piece of material on its tip before writing with it.
This pen is just like the photos, it feels heavy and looked really nicely made, a quality piece that could have cost more. The ink is very smoothly, feels like it is gel (wet) ink but it doesn't smudge at all. People who bought the pens, you know you have to remove the tip area (a tiny piece of rubber?) before writing.

OK for the price
I decided on this one, instead of the heavier one that is more expensive. It was ok, very light weight. One advice is never placed the mirror on the non-mirror side as it will take off the coating on it and make it black.

Help with bowel movement
It does helped me with the bowel movement. I took it before bedtime, next day; it starts working.
