So disappointed

I am so disappointed! I purchased this tablet for my Mom for Mother’s Day primarily so she can go on FB and keep up with family. It is an epic fail! We couldn’t install Facebook because of the Tablet’s operating system and it won’t let us update the software. She accessed FB through Safari but said it glitches and takes so long to load.
