This book is full of valuable wisdom on health & can prevent diseases if you know which vitamin & mineral deficiency causes certain disease.

Love the book, but condition less than
This book was priced well below others but there were rodent chew marks on edges of the pages. And there was writing in the blanks. I was able to erase, it was in pencil. But the rodent chew marks on pages, UGH!!!!!
