A bit misleading. No matter how cold it is outside. Indoor use only...
My cat would give it a higher rating if we could use the heat function outside. But he uses it in the day as a sizable cozy stretch out and relax bed. At night he goes to the smaller heated pad bed.

Quick and easy relief.
