A treasure map to fine French cooking.
This is a book I have had many years and I highly recommend it to anybody who can follow directions- you follow them, and you have a gourmet dish; but after a while you will be able to add other ingredients or switch out one or two, hewver, just play it safe at first. This book also makes a great gift which is why I keep buying it and the "giftees" have cooked some of the dishes for parties. You will certainly enjoy cooking with it!
