  The seller waited several days before shipping, thinking he would have the money before the item shipped. The bike arrived needing $600 of work. Ebay found in my favor for a refund. I reached out to the seller to split the repair cost with me to avoid the hassle of shipping back and relisting. He said he was waiting on the shop estimate. I sent that, and he ghosted me, so the return window closed. He was aggressive and argumentative in every email. I would never buy anything from this person.
