    Bad experience with this seller! BUYER BEWARE!!!! seller shipped card poorly without cardboard on both sides of card and tried to act like they were not at fault said they are not USPS and sent me childish messages very unprofessional had to file a return through ebay because seller said they would not accept it overall bad experience

    Buyer contacted me for refund claiming the card was damaged due to poor packaging. They could not provide a photo of the supposedly damaged unopened envelope, only a close up of the envelope after it had been ripped open, looks like someone hit it with a hammer. Card was shipped standard envelope in a rigid mailer like I do for all ESUS cards under $20, and I don't accept refunds. Buyer was disrespectful/self-righteous in communicating. Ebay setting more bad precedent forcing a refund.
