  Mixed up order, shipped the wrong item. Requested refund, after I shipped item back. I asked for discount to re-purchase the same item they said “ they couldn’t offer a discount because they had to pay for shipping back out of their own pocket” for wrong item they shipped in the first place….

  Part of the handle was missing making the item unusable. When I contacted the seller, he was not helpful and said he had sent everything. Also, the catch bag had a hole in it that was not disclosed in the listing. Packaging was very poor.
