1 of 2 found this helpful While trying to get this product try to focus on what are you needing it for. If it’s for CME like it was my case make sure it has the correct IOS that will support it. Sometime this product come without DSP which are chips needed for Analog phone. Make sure that you have enough space for memory as well for flash. Most of the time it won’t come with CUE, just check under Cisco website and makes sure you
