Ghajini
Now, if you've never seen a Bollywood movie, this one is good. It's sad, I won't lie about that, but it's good. It does seem confusing at the beginning because there isn't a lot of talking, but once you get into it and understand they're showing you present, and then past, and present and then past and then present again, it'll make more sense. Now I'm a firm believe in honesty is the best policy, but Kalpana is a great character...she does lie in the beginning, but when you realize it's not for a bad reason, it doesn't seem all that bad, plus later you find out that she's a really good person at heart. Even Sanjay is captivated by her for that reason, which I have to say is both the funniest and best part. I know Bollywood movies sometimes get a bad rap, but Aamir Khan is one of the best actors, even by Hollywood standards and the songs in this movie are really good as well. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do :)

Powder
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a truly inspiring movie. It brings forth the idea not only that Human Evolution is possible, but that it could be happening right now in ways we don't yet understand. It shows that kindness and compassion are not weaknesses but something great...greater than anything we can imagine. Powder has the ability with electricity to either take or give life, but when given the chance to take a life of someone who wasn't kind to him...he chooses instead to give it back. Sorry if that's a spoiler. I just really loved this movie which is why I bought it. It also shows that some differences, no matter how strange they may seem are actually a beautiful gift. Powder sees people, really sees them...he sees their souls, what people are like on the inside and makes his judgments about people based on who they are, not their background, religion, or color...I just really love his character, I think he's one of the most beautifully written characters ever.

GREAT!!
One of the best action-packed films I've seen yet, but then anything with Vin Diesel is excellent. I bought it because I love the movie and we had one awhile ago, but it got lost. I can't find anything I dislike about the product or movie :D
