Forgive and Forget: Healing the Hurts We Dont Deserve by Lewis B. Smedes

Great book
This book was recommended on the radio as I was driving one day by dr David Jeremiah and I ordered it sitting at a red light. Smedes has some great points about forgiveness without trivializing the offenses. The subtitle is healing the hurts you donโt deserve, which demonstrates his feelings about justified pain from others. My copy is tear-streaked. Highly recommend!

Broken Minds
Dear E- Bay,
I have read Broken Minds, numerous times. However the authors are Steve and Robyn Bloem, not William Arnot.
What I liked about the book is that it was written for those of us who have mental illness.
I am tired of "so called experts" telling me that my depression can be cured by going into the woods and meditating or some other crazy thing. Pills are alright for diabetes and heart problems, anything from the neck down.
The Bloems give it straight. They talk about all kinds of mental illnesses and hwo they can be treated.
I love the fact that it has two authors. It gives the wife's view point and also the depressed one's view point Steve Bloem.
You can tell that they have done alot of research. It is actually better, informaton wise than some text books that I received.
Thanks,
George Clearly
