Awesome looking G-shock
This G-shock is really something. It's big but not bulky. I have 6.75 inch wrists and it fits really well. The domed crystal adds a bit to the depth of the dial which is nicely finished like most hi-end gs.
The mix of yellow and black gives a toolish look to it, I call it the bulldozer. While you cannot be missed wearing this watch, it also has a fun feeling about it with this deep yellow, perfect to bring some joy when it's gray outside.
On the functionalities, it has all classic functions (utc, stopwatch, timer) but also a compass and a thermometer.
By far my favorite is G-shock in my collection (7 of them).

Excellent product
3 of 3 found this helpful This watch has its place in my collection. Usually, I'm not into quartz but I must admit that this one has something more.
First of all, the unique design of the dial, homage to the Blue Angels team, is really well made. The dial is busy (question of taste, I like it a lot) and looks like the instruments you can find in a cockpit.
But apart from the look, what seduces me the most is the technology of the watch itself.
Radio controlled (so always accurate), no need of a battery (kind of the same thing I like in automatic watches), sapphire crystal, solid bracelet with solid end links... this is a serious piece.
The only thing you could blame on this watch is that the inner rotating bezel is not functional because the marks are too small. But well, make it bigger and you have a cumbersome watch. If you really want to go for a functional bezel, choose a Breitling Navitimer... but the price is quite different right ;) Afterall, this wezel adds a nice look to the watch.
I also bought the leather strap for this watch and also some blue/yellow natos. All are looking awesome.
So for me, a master piece you should have if you love busy aviator dials.
