The best eBayer EVER! I ordered a sauce-boat with saucer, a low-cost-item. The seller had packaged it so securely that it clearly only took a single knock or drop from the courier to break the saucer in half during transit. I advised the seller (with a pic) - he came back to me instantly, saying he had a spare saucer and it would be despatched immediately. Fantastic, thoughtful, caring service. If only all sellers were as good!
