  Does not upload tracking. did not send chargers and description is not accurate. they stated that this would be factory reset, this device still had other peoples information on it. tried to resolve but they basically told me to go buy chargers and figure it out myself. no partial refund and no apology.

  Listing made no reference that a charger was included in the sale and this customer was the ONLY person to make this complaint. It was a mistake and I offered to send new tablet, but he just never replied. The link I sent to him (MY research) was for a charger that was $2 and free shipping!! I also emailed him VERY specific instructions on how to restart the tablet himself... including screenshots. It takes 2 minutes to reset to factory. I was NOT rude to him. He is lying.
