Easy to fit and work perfectly.
Easy to fit. Excited to buy a house with an electric garage door but then realised the shutter door should have had three of these but two were totally snapped and the third only had one lug left as the other had broken off. Manually wound it up so that three door slats were above the side rails, then placed wooden blocks underneath and lowered the door onto them to give some slack. Released the locking strap from the roller tube and folded the slats back over the side guides. This allowed me to slide the old straps off and then slide the new ones on. Slight problem was that the old aluminium profiles were too long to slide out without hitting the wall, so out came the angle grinder to cut off the excess. No problem sliding the new ones on as the aluminium profiles are shorter. Simple matter then to reattach the straps to the roller tube. All in, it took me 15 minutes and I now have a properly functioning roller shutter door.

Why buy new remotes for an old unit when you can so easily and cheaply just change the whole unit?
Excellent product and a direct replacement for my old Rollertec V1 unit. Not that there was anything wrong with the old unit but I didn't have any remotes for it. I could probably have got a replacement remote but far cheaper and easier to get this new unit complete with two remotes! It took me less than twenty minutes to swap units, which included wiring in the existing photoelectric safety beam in. As has been mentioned before, the LED on the front panel of this new unit isn't wired to the main board but I can live without that for now. If I can work out which pins to wire it to then I will post instructions.

An exact, high quality replacement.
Next day delivery was unexpected and a nice surprise. The condenser came with all the proper seals, including the o-ring for the pressure sensor. Was an exact replacement for the old one and only took an hour to fit, which included removing and refitting the front bumper and all the plastic deflectors that aren't mentioned in the car workshop manual! Refilling the system didn't reveal any leaks so well pleased with my purchase.
