Pretty good, but not perfect.

I have a few of these boxes now, they suit my needs. This one, like others seems to freeze from time to time, I think it is if it hasn't been turned on for a couple of weeks. This means that it fails to record anything. Resetting it is a case of switching it off at the main switch and back on again.

Good on balance

Positives: Good interface, simple to use. Can record 2 programs at once. HDMI out is good for age. Quiet HDD operation. Negatives : Guide only populates when unit is turned on and can take quite a while. Fan turns on when unit turns on for updates in the night - which of course it doesn't need to do.
