For me best product
3 of 3 found this helpful It took larger doses than recommended on the product and also took longer than 1 week. Actually it took 5 weeks, based on a dosage of 3 a day for two weeks , than 2 a day for 2 weeks and 1 a day. Recommended dosage by a herblist. And I am totally feeling unbelievable. I have been in total discomfort in my knees and in fact , 6 months ago got a shot in one knee and didn`t help also, my back had been aching me. I can honestly say that I am doing great. every situation is different and what works for one person , may not work for another. For me , according to the dosage recommendations on the bottle of this product, it didn`t work for me. The herblist helped me with suggested dosages and it definitely fixed me. I have decided to continue taking two capsules a day for a while to maintain my comfort.
