  One of the glasses was broken in shipping, despite the extreme efforts the seller went to to wrap them profusely in bubble wrap and include styrofoam to protect them. When I contacted the seller, she apologized and offered to credit back a portion of what I paid. She was extremely nice — even though it was NOT her fault. I love the glasses! My late mother had a set just like them when I was growing up, so I will treasure the four that arrived in perfect condition.

  Thank you for being a wonderful understanding person. I am so sorry that one of the glasses was damaged. Sometimes I wonder what these packages go through in shipment to receive this kind of damage.
