Would have liked if seller had sent me an email confirming the transaction. Or emails telling me it was on the way. All I had was the initial information that my transaction had gone through and I should expect the item before the end of the month. No info as to who to contact regarding the shipping of the item or more exact time of delivery. All I had was a trust in EBay’s reputation that it was honest and reliable.

You canceled my order and subsequently relisted the item at a higher price. While I understand that mistakes happen, I would appreciate transparency regarding the real reason behind the pricing adjustment.
