Faulty master power window switch

The driver's side window will not go up after it is down. Took about 5 minutes to get it closed. Similar problem with the front passenger window, but not as bad.

Faulty window switch

My mechanic installed the new switch. When I drove the car the next day, the driver's window went down very easily. When I tried to close it, it would not go up. After 5 minutes of trying, it finally went up. I am now afraid to use the driver's side window, especially with cold weather on the way. The other 3 windows work fine.
