  Received the hat I paid for in a scotch taped and barely secure box only to find the hat had a broken strap. I contacted the seller and waited almost 48 hours for a response. Nothing. I asked the seller to please make things right but nothing but crickets. Not a good way to do business. Very disappointing. I will be contacting ebay about this seller and will not do business with him again.
