Lens rating.
Very impressed with the lens sharpness. I considered buying the Sigma 18/50 2.8 which I have on my Olympus 520. To me both lenses are equal in all except for the constant aperature on the Sigma. You will not go wrong if you purchase this lens.

A well built point & shoot camera!
For an all auto camera, I was pleasantly surprised of the photo quality! The cameras produces outstanding captures at it's wide and medium wide settings. Regarding the long zoom function, a tripod is recommended but I did manage to get some keepers with the VR function turned on! I had many coolpix cameras in the past and I have to rate as on of the best especially for the price! The only downside is that it lacks a viewfinder!
