    Item arrived with outer packaging in good condition, but both lipstick tube and actual lipstick bullet inside were damaged, none of which was mentioned in original listing. See attached photos. Seller immediately blamed USPS, refused to accept any returns, and directed me to take my claim to USPS. I asked Ebay to intervene. Seller tried to refund $5 to bypass the case. Ebay sent me a return label and issued my refund with confirmed delivery of return. Buy at your own risk.
