Product is great, but packaging wasn't.
You can't really beat the price on this since the MSRP is around $70-$90. It's a new product (I hope), and I'd rather pay a little more for something new than buy a used product. Delivery was fast, but my only gripe is that the packaging was all jacked up. The image that's posted shows a nice and undamaged packaging box. However, the packaging I got looked more like the posting that's labeled open box. Something was peeled off at the back of the product, the top part of the box was torn, and everything just fell out when I opened it. The condition is labeled new, and the description states "Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store". I don't think Best Buy or AT&T would have labeled this new. Honestly, I'd buy this product again since it's way cheaper than the other listings, but just don't expect the packaging to look like the picture posted.
