Easy to use, works well, could do with better documentation

Requires a software to be installed to run. While a CD with the software is provided along with the External DVD drive, there are a couple of tricky steps to complete the setup of the software that are not documented nor are obvious. I had to go mucking around with the laptop registry entries and reinstalling drivers, before one of the posts on the Microsoft Knowledge Base resolved what the missing step was. So the installation should definitely be documented better. Other than that, the product itself is fabulous! Works well, and so far, the DVDs have not skipped.
