Easy to use, big changes in your foot mechanics and comfort level - and in stance, balance, and gait.

All it takes for YogaToes Gems to work to wear these gel toe stretchers and separators while you're barefoot for 20 mins to an hour most days (after building up from 10 minutes). Mostly seated or lying down but you can walk on them (indoors) and lift and curl your toes occasionally, if you'd like.
After two weeks, my feet are better distributing my weight and I feel they are "connected "with the floor in all the points where they should be. My toes are looser, my feet don't cramp or ache in the arch, and they aren't tired after a day of a lot of standing or walking.
Best of all, my big toes - both of which have small bunions at their base - are straighter than they had been and free of the intermittent pain from them bending at a weird angle.
Of course, since the feet connect to the ankle and the leg bones, there is a whole multiplier effect on stance, gait, and posture. Including greater stability and flexibility of the ankles (including dorsiflection - the bend in the ankle that narrows the space between your shin and your foot.).

Exquisite craftsmanship for primate lovers of ALL ages
This was a gift for my husband, on his 72nd birthday. He adores primates. Usually I find items that make him laugh. This one drew awe and admiration from him - and deep gratitude because of the quality, accuracy, and likeness to a living creature.

Lovely earring jacket
This is a lovely earring jacket. Much prettier in person even than it appears online - and a perfect way to add pizzaz to any precious or semi-precious stone stud. Very good value.
