Product concerns.
1 of 1 found this helpful I accept the fact that it is used. It is slow to dispense even tho it is hot very quick. Very noisy. So much more than the excellent working kuerig/ cuisinart that I am gifting to a family member. The ss10 is very similar to that unit except has a ittle smaller footprint which I like. I should have picked up a warranty on this one. Hope it gives me several years as my other unit that is still in great shape.
