Eczema / body and skin inflammation gone, lost a few pounds, effects seem long term, positive mood impact
6 of 6 found this helpful I usually take barberries in normal food preparations, but they seem to have only about 6% berberine. Supplementing with purified berberine had positive impacts on my skin sensitivities, appetite, inflammation (water retention, etc.), sustaining weight loss, and it seems to have a positive mood impact as well. I hope the NIH will conduct thorough studies to ensure its safety. I took it only a few weeks and stopped, it seems these effects are long-lasting.

High quality with best dust and particle protection I found in the market!
When I vacuum with these thick fabric-like bags, I never smell any dust or other particulates. It's highly filtering of particulates, which is important if you are allergic to dust or particulates in the air. I highly recommend these bags especially if you have children prone to asthma or people with breathing conditions living in the house.
