  I was supposed to receive open box AirPods but I received an used and broken AirPods. I also went to apple store to check out this AirPods and tried to get it repair. Seller is very difficult to communicate with and seems very inexperienced in selling on eBay. Seller ended up harassing me and threatening me on the eBay chats.
