archos gamepad 2 is awesome!

this device is awesome. plays gta san andreas and retro emulators flawlessly. only down side is i had to flash the android os to it because it froze after installing a few bad apps and failed to restart. recovery didnt work this time. good thing my bricked device was saved because archos provides the os and a tool that you can download to fix this issue. also the touchscreen has issues sometimes. i suspect it has to do with one of the default app updates (like google play store) so i manually turned off updates, cleared all cache from the restore menu and it seems to work fine now. despite the minor issues, well worth the headache for such an awesome and rare device even my cat likes archos gamepad 2!

better divider than the standard kind

be careful when peeling off the protective wrapper. i got a splinter from the acrylic. to get a good peel, start from the top and start rolling it down horizontally, otherwise you will be tearing it off in shreds. definitely worth it. way better divider than the flimsy kind you find at most pet stores. the cut piece of acrylic is very good quality. only issue is the quality of the suction cups. the suction cups are cheaply made. the plastic bracket section is double the width of the acrylic and does not firmly hold it. you may want to invest in some higher quality ones.
