Good stuff!
5 of 5 found this helpful So far after trying this a few times it seems like very good quality shilajit. I like the thicker stuff, as this was, as it seems stronger though it's not as easily handled. Notices quite a perk in energy. Fingernails started growing faster after a couple days. Seems like good stuff and price is right. Would need to take it longer to know for sure its good quality, but as it is now I highly recommend it. If i do notice any issues I will try to update this review, but so far, i recommend this and would say it's so e of the best I have had and I've tried a number of kinds.
