Item arrived damaged with internal wires ripped by the fixture and poor craftsman ship. As you can see in the photos, one arm wires have protective coating and the others do not and there were torn open by the hole. I reached out to the seller and they suggested I repair it myself. Unacceptable for a NEW item

DO NOT TRUST. I opened a return and the seller said to “trust them” and close it and they would send a new item. 2 weeks later, no item and unanswered messages. Should never have closed the return as I cannot reopen it. Clearly seller knew this and mislead me. DO NOT TRUST. Am now stuck with a faulty and dangerous chandelier. From the other reviews can see this is a common issue with items being damaged and suffering from unsafe wiring.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Lampe, kann ich nur empfehlen. Wichtig zu wissen, als Käufer unbedingt vor Kauf eine genaue Artikelbeschreibung (Farbe, Messing etc.) abliefern und bestätigen lassen, dann klappt das auch.
