Descriptions states incorrectly ropes WITH posts it should read for posts no where does it state the posts are not included. I have contacted the shipper and advise issued ropes are useless when I have no posts am still waiting for them to confirm I can return item. TAvoid this seller they are useless

This purchase arrived finally, weeks later after ordering, due to this company using yodel for their carrier it let them down and myself down. Yodel are a disgrace of a company. However fair play after questioning the whereabouts of my package this company after messages back and fourth replaced the package and sent a new one out for a second time. Goods are ok and I don’t have any complaint on that but as for the updates in messaging and the fact this company accepted their mistake. Hence 3*
