The phone arrived neatly packaged with no visible damage nor scratched screen. I have noticed that the phone will occasionally need a reboot, but that's more than likely a TCL brand issue. There's also an issue with the phone volume being inconsistent, but is most likely a TCL issue again. The case that came with it also looks and feels great! Highly recommend.
