About
Hello! I'm Eve, and I love to work with top-quality natural fibers and fabrics. I've taught sewing, home decor, spinning and weaving. I love to dye and blend my own fibers for spinning yarn, with silk, cotton, baby merino, alpaca and bamboo. I rely on artisanal techniques and styles from the past, which produces unique high-quality pieces. My happy place is in my Ozark mountain studio, where the views provide constant inspiration!

Exactly right at a fraction of the price!
I keep coming back to this cottage industry for my weaving tools. This cone holder is heavy enough not to tip over, the non-slip base stays put, and the open screw eye thread guides mean you don't have to cut your thread once you're rolling! Try the Amish-style swift too, with the weighted center base that doubles as a yarn butler! The fringe twister is fantastic too. This company is not greedy and they stick to simple tools that perform just as well, or better than the pricy sellers.

Perfect size for spinning and weaving!
I've struggled to get my seed beads to show up in my handspun art yarn. These are perfect! Large and bright enough to see and not too heavy for adding to my wearable projects.

Hemp blend means this yarn gets better with wear, like linen.
Baby clothes, like knitted or crocheted pants will get better with every wash. The long hemp fibers will be more tender and broken in over time, and the sportweight of this yarn is a nice gauge for a tunic. I'd love to see a dk version.
