Dated film with limited direction. Plot is simple with no depth of intrigue. Great characters doing a limited dialogue. Not mysterious but predictable

Good enjoyable little episodes
Similar to Midsomer Murders with more humor. Good characters and script for relaxing without gruesome murders and tension among the investigators. The background music, if you want to call it music, is tacky and moronic.
