Nice piece, inconsistent sizing.
The plate appears to be of high quality, fit the 70-200 perfectly, and the two mounting screws mount it securely. The only caveat is that I bought this plate and an LP-115 general-application plate because I have an LP-115 Kiwifotos plate bought several years ago, and had hoped to use them with the lever clamp that came with my ball head. While there is no problem using them individually, unfortunately the clamp width of each plate is slightly different, so the lever clamp had to be adjusted for each plate, making mounting slow and tedious. Solution: I kept the Kiwi plates and bought a screw clamp for the ball head.

Nice sporty watch.
2 of 2 found this helpful What's to say? It's a Citizen, so I expect it to work out of the box, look good, and keep proper time. This watch does all of the above, with a few of the caveats commented upon by others, to wit: the vertical pattern of the face is obtrusive in some lights; you do have to center your eye above the date in order to read it; and I have had the watch for a couple of weeks and left it sitting in my south-facing picture window for several days straight and the power meter still has not moved off the schneid. The NATO band is more comfortable than I had expected, although when it wears out I will likely replace it with a strap that doesn't raise the watch, as a matter of personal preference. In all other respects, it's great: relatively simple in appearance, fits under most sleeves, and very legible.

Great watch for the money
Many years ago an employee of a major local jewelry store told me that if I wanted jewelry, to buy a Rolex; if I wanted something to keep time, buy a Seiko. I have heeded that advice for years; this is my third or fourth Seiko. I haven't kept track, because the watches just keep excellent time and keep on working. This one fits the criteria I had for it: reasonable size, solar power, and a handsome appearance. The blue is nicer than it looks in pictures. The only quibble is that the hands are so similar in size and luminosity that they are difficult to read in the middle of the night with my old and nearsighted eyes, but that is both a quibble and a personal problem.
