Great addition to Granola

Great bread pan
I really love this pan! I have a sour dough starter and always have left overs! This is a great pan for my extra sour dough to make a great mini sour dough loaf! I bought two so sometimes I use both when I make extra! The breads are easy to remove and the pan is easy to clean. I dry mine in a warm oven to thoroughly dry! There are so many other yeast breads and quick breads you could use this for!
