  Excellent seller, very responsive. First, she relisted the item for me immediately when I realized that I had missed it. Second, she shipped it very quickly. And then, when, despite being packed very well, the USPS managed to break half of the egg cups, she refunded half of the price and shipping right away. I hope that the USPS makes everything right with her and will definitely keep an eye out for her other auctions.
