After placing an order, this seller failed to ship the item and ignored repeated messages asking for updates. 10 days later, she responded, apologized for "not seeing the sale," and assured me that the item would ship immediately. Another week passed with no shipping notification. Finally, the seller messaged that she was "going on vacation" and would not be able to ship this item, and issued a refund. Awful customer service, terrible communication, would not recommend.
