Excellent album...
3 of 4 found this helpful I can understand the dissapointment that people have with this album, especially if one was to grow up listening to all of U2's great work. But I'll be damned if I am not very impressed every time one of the songs of this album queues up in Windows Media Player. Most significant to me though, was one night when I popped this CD into a small bedside radio as I lay down for bed. This gave me time do nothing else but focus on the music, and I came off tremendously satisfied. The guitar riffs and the heartfelt lyrics are very powerful, and the production is top notch. Bono is great as always, regardless of what people say. Compared to the drivel that is being forced down our throats from the music industry these days, this album serves as a refreshing breath of quality that only an all time great band like U2 can provide. Highly recommended.

Good Information if Redundant at Times
0 of 1 found this helpful I will say that this book definitely has a lot of useful information for those people (like me) who are still in the process of obtaining an education and/or training. Additionally, there is a lot of useful information for people who have been in the game industry for a few years. My main problems with the book concern the numerous grammatical errors and redundant statements. I know this doesn't chiefly concern the content of the book; however, it is just kind of frustrating that at least 3 times I remember reading subsequent paragraphs that started with the same sentence or idea. It literally looks like he made two versions of the same paragraph and forgot to take the other one out! Additionally, as others have said, his job seeking tactics seem exceedingly aggressive in my opinion. Now he obviously has more experience than me. I just feel that some of the advice is over the top. I will give him credit though for forcing me to realize the opportunities available when you really really work at self-promotion. I have no problem recommending this book to others, but if you are a grammar freak like me you may have to take some deep breaths and relax before diving into it :)

Good quality, good features, good price
2 of 3 found this helpful For the price, this camera is excellent. I am always satisfied with Canon's products. The 3.2 MP resolution may seem a little low, but if you have SuperFine turned on in your options, the pictures are plenty detailed (enough so that I can see details of my face that I would prefer not to in close up shots.) The zoom could be a little stronger; you will want to avoid the digital zoom (very poor quality, as with all digital zooms.) Other than that though, this camera serves its purpose well.
