  Item as described, didn't arrive in satisfactory shipping condition the box end was open when delivered to the door, and Item was packed good enough to keep from moving around inside the box, for the price paid for shipping, it shoulda been more effort put into securing the item and package closed and sealed, also for the cost of shipping took almost two weeks to receive.
