Not too bad for the price

Its pretty good for the price.
Cant calibrate the display properly. If lower ranges are calibrated, higher ranges will still be off and vice-versa. Will need a multimeter or oscilloscope to know true voltage/current.
Big power spikes when turning the unit on, and sometimes when you unplug the negative rail but keep the positive plugged in.
To use the unit without frying your circuits:
1. Make sure its not plugged into your circuit
2. Turn voltage and current knobs all the way down
3. Increase current until you can set voltage
4. Set your voltage and tweak with multimeter
5. Turn current all the way back down
6. Plug negative rail to circuit first, then positive
7. Increase current until you have what you need
8. Remember - the display is wrong. Always measure using multimeter.
