A Total Waste of Money

Carefully following all the directions, the most it could produce wass four rows of knitting before it jammed, the knitting element would no longer slide any further. This required that the knitting be removed, the machine set up again, following the directions, and make another attempt. Again and again, the machine continued to jam and work no further. I tried to work with this machine for over two weeks; I also tried to contact the customer service of the manufacturer. No one answered the many calls I made. If I could return this piece of junk, I definitely would. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I'm totally dissatisfied with this purchase.
