First rate publication for tree ID.

I actually bought this book for a friend. This was a manual we had in the office when I began Master Gardening in 1995. It was always the first book I would go to for tree id. After I would narrow down choices based on what I found in this manual, I could verify with other field guides. It is a valuable resource for those interested in tree ID. Useful for both winter and summer ID>
