Needs work for a good recommendation

2.Backplate far too large (tall) to fit loft surround and joists
3.Ladder stiff to operate - maybe it will free up with repeated use
4. Feels unstable in operation - too much leverage on the ladder backboard
5. Operating pole not supplied
6. Very very difficult to instal single handed
7. It does the job
