Unfortunately my order was lost by Royal Mail. I contacted Alison and she could not have been more helpful. She immediately offered me a refund or to replace the goods. I opted to have them resent and Alison got them out to me again extremely quickly and posted first class. The real test of a seller is when things don't go to plan and how they deal with it. Alison's customer service was exemplary not only in re sending the item so soon but also in her communication while resolving the issue.
