The seller sent a defective and clearly used snorkel that was either damaged in transit (cracked and unusable) or broken before shipping. I was refunded for the snorkel but not for the shipping, which cost more than the snorkel itself. The packaging was a flimsy plastic bag that would not protect anything and didn't take into account (whatsoever) the fragility of snorkels. Seller responded by saying the shipping was free, offering no refund. It cost me $19.12USd. Not free at all!
